Head of Alternative Distributions

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
A professional qualification in Insurance/Marketing or a Master’s Degree will be an advantage.

Experience: A minimum of three to six years of sales management experience in an Insurance Company is preferred. Digital sales experience is plus.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of customer support processes, as well as a sales and marketing process in the B2B environment within the Alternative Distribution space.
  • A team player with the ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and negotiation skills.

Good organizational and presentation skills
