• Testing different environments including web and mobile
• Select tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards.
• Evaluate test results against expected results, implement improvements to process and recommend alternative testing as needed.
• Draft and revise test plans and scripts.
• Define scope of testing.
• Track customer facing issues.
• Follow up and escalate any unresolved issues and follow up until resolved.
5 to 7 years
• +5 Years’ Experience as a software quality manager is a must
• Extensive knowledge of function and department processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Review test summary report
